Gathered in the city of Marseilles in March 2012, we, representatives of river, lake and aquifer basin organizations, from different parts of the world, subscribe to the present Pact for better basins management in view of the development of integrated water resources management at national, regional and transboundary level to meet the challenges of the planet.
